About Core Development and Georgie Weese

Core Development Institute is the trade name for GMW Enterprises, Inc. The company was incorporated in 1997 by the founder and CEO, Georgianna (Georgie) McCoy Weese, as a service and training organization. Trainings and Coaching are the main focus of Core Development. The central focus is to offer support to individuals and teams to discover their optimal potential and through development create prosperity, balance and harmony in their lives.

Core Development supports initiatives by all individuals, is a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is diversified in the areas of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Coaching, Hypnosis and Energy Work through the disciplines of Reiki and Feng Shui.

Georgie received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Carlow College in Pittsburgh, Pa. She became certified as a Hypnosis Trainer and an NLP Trainer in 2000. Along her new path as she discovered the way to balance, harmony and prosperity through other teachers she studied Reiki becoming a Reiki Master in 2000. Georgie studied Feng Shui with the Western School of Feng Shui which teaches Essential Feng Shui. Georgie found that Essential Feng Shui embodied a practical application of Feng Shui, one easily taught and replicated. She became a Practitioner of Feng Shui in 2002.

Georgie’s personal mission is to follow her path and along the way support those ready to find within themselves all they have to create peace and abundance in their life.
